The ideal candidate will have Staffing/Recruiting Industry experience and be able to bring a book of business into this role. Our commission structure is top notch allowing you to earn up to 50% commissions on direct hire and contract placements. (example if you bring in $300K in GP you can earn $150K)
This is strictly a Business Development role, no recruting is involved. We have an excellent team of
recruiters who will be filling the requirements you bring in.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
